-non si trovano nei negozi etnici. Questi negozi abbondano di varie essenze odorose ma purtroppo non sono veri olii essenziali. Oltre a questo bisogna porre molta attenzione alla chimica extra-europea. Dispiace dirlo (perché le cose etniche piacciono anche a me) ma la sicurezza dei prodotti europei è notevolmente più alta rispetto a certi prodotti senza garanzie che si possono trovare in giro per mercatini.
-non si trovano nelle profumerie. Qui abbondano varie essenze sintetiche, buonissime ma sintetiche.
- non sempre si trovano nelle erboristerie , ma comunque questo è un luogo dove chiedere i veri olii essenziali.
- non sempre si trovano nei negozi di alimentazione bio , ma comunque questo è un altro luogo dove chiedere i veri olii essenziali.
- non sempre si trovano buoni olii on-line , ma comunque questo è un altro luogo dove cercare i veri olii essenziali. Anche perché erboristerie e negozi bio del territorio nonché aziende serie si trovano oggi spesso anche on-line. Oppure si trovano erboristerie e negozi bio anche solo on-line.
- si possono trovare in farmacia e in parafarmacia ? Non ho mai chiesto ma presumo di sì. In Francia sicuramente si trovano anche in farmacia in quanto l’aromaterapia è prescritta anche physicians 'official'. GC: This is a detailed analysis of various substances and odorous molecules found in oil, given that you are buying the lot (just to give you an idea: there are hundreds of substances in a single oil and it is important to know at least the components of majority). These are all very useful information on the quantity / quality di principi attivi presenti nell’olio, rilevanti sia per gli effetti voluti che per quelli indesiderati.
Il mio blog in questo senso ha anche lo scopo di indicare gli o.e. utilizzabili in cosmetica/detersione/casa con più tranquillità rispetto ad altri.
-Ci sono anche altre analisi tecniche e parametri per valutare un o.e. ma qui entriamo in un ambito professionale non compreso nella mia trattazione e che ci interessa ben poco per i nostri usi casalinghi.
- Detto questo, per chi inizia da zero è necessario “fare nomi” per avere un punto sicuro, ditte serie da cui iniziare. Ognuno ricercherà poi le sue marche preferite tenuti sempre presenti i criteri di scelta che vi ho elencato.
Nei negozi/erboristerie ci sono alcune marche più diffuse di altre, quindi è più facile chiedere (e trovare): Flora/Primavera di Pisa, Zuccari di Trento, Dr Joseph di Merano.

(questi siti offrono una buona cura nelle spedizioni, tuttavia ordinate e quindi fate viaggiare gli olii di preferenza in periodi freschi dell’anno)
-Detto questo, desidero fare una personalissima osservazione e riflessione sulla ricerca degli olii essenziali migliori. L’estrazione e l’arte degli olii essenziali è un lavoro di passione e di sapienza. Per questo se qualcuno approfondirà ulteriormente questa “branca del naturale” troverà che alcune case (Ie, production companies), sometimes other times not accessible to individuals in various European countries and the world who specialize in the mining and sale of a single essential oil (maybe different varieties of the same plant) or only deal with some specific plants / flowers for centuries according to tradition and ancient secrets. Cercate gli olii puri e naturali al 100%, preferibilmente bio, sigillati al momento in cui li acquistate. Le marche più diffuse e più facilmente reperibili le ho scritte.
