The first anti-wrinkle care
http://frarosaverde.blogspot.com/2009/02/la-bellezza-naturale-che-cose.html
Il our bodies and our skin will use it best.
Where do we find a good source of resveratrol?
nuts.
So my advice to the beauty of today is to eat 3-4 walnuts a day.
I eat them even more because I like them as much food. In
effects are good for several points of view (food) and started to eat them for their nutritional properties, beyond the wrinkles.
What nuts?
Those that are usually at the supermarket, both traditional and organic.
Easily found walnuts in California, but all nuts are effective, whether Italian, French .... or tree our garden.
Resveratrol is not the only antioxidant that can take through diet: in general, any healthy diet is antioxidant .
Other healthy foods and specifically anti-aging antioxidants, to accompany the nuts are kiwi and oranges, for example, rich in vitamin C, antioxidant precisely.
And this time its value is multiplied if eaten rather than spread .
An antioxidant vitamin that is very good but smeared on the skin, the cosmetic cream that is the natural vitamin E or tocopherol (d-alpha tocopherol). Cosmetic preparations
In my home I put anti-wrinkle forever.

Congratulating A Friend For His First Baby
The make-up of the ancient Roman
During my research of cosmetic .....
I came across the tricks (in the sense of make-up) of the ancient Roman women.
Now I said "ooooppppssss this has nothing to do with my research and it is best to avoid making an encyclopedia daaaaiiiiii this is just a blog, this step comes to Egypt and then finish the best man or woman the cave. "
But then ....
I thought this very short text describing the substances used in ancient times to make-up could give us food for thought.
primarily a food for thought:
as we departed from that concept of cosmetics and make-up? As
We have evolved?
Well, some certainly yes: white lead do not we put more :-)
leggetene the composition so that you understand why.
But in many ways the majority of women has not changed much.
The old Roman saying
"let the white lead because it makes them look younger"
and freghiamocene of what the white lead "
We changed at least a little ... ? We can now
from a completely different concept of beauty?
and current cosmetic satisfy us on this?
The challenge today is to combine health and beauty in one shot, even with the make-up products.
The act of make-up is part of the history of mankind.
's fascinating. Playful. Theatre. Allegro. Today, finally
can also be a gesture to greet, everything is choosing the right product.

Eating Red Meat Increase Hormone
Essential Oils Chapter 1 of the second
extraction.
What is it and how to extract essential oil from a flower from a plant, a peel.
What information do ask when you buy a oe to the store or online.
What is a hydrolat or aromatic water.
Extraction by water vapor stream
The plant or the flower is placed on the grids or supports and is made through a current of steam.
Heat "takes out" the oil upward.
Following the cooling we are oil and water below the surface, because the oil is lighter and floats.
is divided and then collect the oil from separating.
As you can see, the oil will be a very concentrated extract of active ingredients, so powerful that we must be careful to handle it (it will be the subject of Chapter No. 2).
This is the essential oil.
Even the water used in the plant, however, is something we have the famous aromatic floral water or water or hydrolat.
(this is the real hydrolat and not tap water with added perfuming molecule synthetic product that is more easily find that plain water scented. Be noted that our noses probably prefer the latter because, alas, we all used to the synthetic me understood, and it takes a while to appreciate the true natural perfumes).
Extraction by cold pressing
is made for citrus, whose peels are squeezed to obtain oil.
It 's a simple task that intuitively we have done many times squeezing an orange peel in his fingers and warning the "oiliness".
method of 'effleurage
It' s a method which consists, in short, to absorb the scents of the flowers of a plate coated with grease. It 'an old method.
solvent extraction using solvents of various forms to extract the oil.
I suggest to all to use the oils extracted by steam current or by cold pressing.
The other two methods I have just summarized, and although some may be suitable for extraction are not possible with other methods, personalmente non mi piace l'uso di sostanze diverse dall'acqua (vapore) che vengono in contatto con la pianta o il fiore.
Anche affidarci al naso è molto difficile (se non per espertissime/i) perchè l'aroma dell'olio essenziale non si riconosce esattamente dalla "somiglianza" con la pianta di provenienza: il livello concentration of active ingredients is very high compared to the plant base and recognition of its aroma is rather when we dilute a drop in hot oil (or alcohol white).
Keep in mind that a 10 ml vial for easy use at home we will take at least a couple of years, just to understand the strengths (minimum) that are usually used.
So the first lesson, we expect oil and pure 100% natural.
already ask for the extraction method and see it in black and white is a guarantee in this regard.
If it does not say anything, we can not know how the oil is extracted.
In this case you can also get contact the manufacturer and ask for clarification by phone or by mail.
Note: wanting to be picky, there would be also different degrees of distillation of essential oils to keep in mind, but then we enter an area and use a different and more specific to them.
My interest and my treatment only want to understand the scope of the do-it-yourself cosmetic, fragrance of the creams, detergents and environments. Aromatherapy I keep this because you can not ignore it when you have a hand in o (and explain it well in the next chapter), but I do not go much beyond the cosmetic and therefore use only a limited range of oils.
not it is said that in future I enjoy natural perfumery real ..... but not for the moment.

Pink Green
must have been one of the simplest things that Nature has created a rose green.
green leaves. Petals green.
different greens so sure.
leaves darker. The petals clear.
One of the simplest creations, I said.
Yet today it is difficult to find.
When you manage to find it and when can it bear fruit at home, and you look, it looks like a pink too .... simple.
Yet it is rare.
Yet the original is no longer pink replicable, they say.
anyone can grow it and make it bloom.
But pink is not really that old, they say.
But it is no less beautiful. Indeed it is perhaps more because it is highly desirable.
's beautiful.
In search of Rose Green.
Well of course if we create some strange hybrid plant or spray a dye of the right ones on a white rose, we easily a green rose.
But the simplest, the real one, the easy and difficult at the same time, that rare, only those who have it looking good.
Who has known how to look for.
who wanted her to look for.
Who knew existed.
Who did not know and dream.
Why ancestral memory is often a dream is just an old memory that comes to visit.
E 'la Rosa's search for us.
Someone then stopped to wait.
And it was the only way.
He humbly waited day after day and noted his open and green flower petals.
La Rosa Verde.
The simplest magic.

cuoca offresi
after a night of unnecessary searching on the internet to find work, I thought I'd put an ad on my blog:
vegetarina and cook vegan offresi:
are nice, pretty and discreet ... hehehe, joking aside, I have years of experience in the kitchen, and I can cook one up to a maximum of 30-40 people and catering for up to 200 (even more if I have time), with helpers of course the numbers increase .
I love Indian cuisine and Mediterranean cuisine, I can help with a menu customized according to the ayurvedic / your dosa, but I get along with German food / Northern Europe and theme dinners I have already dealt cuisine South American, African and China.
I like to experiment with mixing elements of different ethnicities.
are available for a fixed-term employment, or for the summer season in Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
cook vegan, but strictly vegetarian without eggs.
My email found in the profile of this blog
I hope there is someone among you who can help me ...

When Your Cervix Is High Hard And Closed
prima puntata: dusseldorf-istambul-delhi con pakora di melanzane
I am back from India!
first episode Dusseldorf-Istanbul-Delhi with eggplant pakora
Actually it is more than a week that I'm back, but among a lot of work accumulated in two weeks of vacation and some problemini health is only now put his hand to the keyboard .
The trip went pretty well, even the flight with turkish. Aircraft and pilots are really good, and really does care custumer hostess and piety. We found the hostess and education and good manners do not exist, when the reservation is not required to have registered the vegan menu (which we later discovered not to exist, so why not tell us when booking with a menu instead of being greedy?) And then after you complained to Istanbul, and have made phone calls to the call center we got to fly back to the Asian menu vegetarian (vegan, and then passed off without eggs and dairy products, but which Panir, butter, etc.). But at least there were no carcasses of various origins.
Moral of the story, the Turks do not know what it means to be vegan (ah ... my beloved aeroflot! )
Luckily I was equipped with bread and various sauces, all made in packages under 100g in order to pass the check in!
Another black turkish is cleaning. Before withdrawing the plates touching cutlery and glasses to the brim, and then simultaneously, you need a coffee / tea ... sucks ... imagine the nice gloves dirty leftovers of the other passengers? yes yes good hands with these filthy you wish to make coffee.
My husband, who did not mince his words, asked the stewards to take off his gloves before serving the hot drink (I was ice cold), saw that his hands were dirty, but I know that the response was comparable to a " fuck you ": the first complain to the management e poi io vi servo il te.
Ora stanno allungando la metropolitana up at the airport (and taxi drivers? ok, less pollution, but perhaps less work !!!), and the roads are much better.
We were two nights in the district of Janakpur. It 's the first time I stopped to see up close the Indian metropolis. And I must admit that Delhi, for what I saw, I was really positively surprised.
There is a separate collection: organic waste, and all other types in different containers. Wow!
I also saw ambulances and cars to help women.
Non contenti di questo succedono mille eventi fino alla guerra di Kuruksetra, where it is said to be the Ulimate battle on earth where one side were arrayed the forces of good and evil ... the other ones also interesting that among the forces of evil people were lined up to anything evil, but ... but having accepted service and compromise (they were obliged to accept them for various reasons) have found themselves fighting on the front ...
Leaving aside the story of the Mahabharata, it was like a dip in the poem to travel between these two directions.
The security measures that are in the metro in Delhi are super rigid, airport type: metal detector, checking bags and plenty of police on patrol. This is also a plus point in Delhi, even if annoys me every time let me check ...
The note was signed with a chip-chip destination stop, and to open the exit door of the station, you would enter: no races without a ticket and no possibility of reuse.
And the food? wow we are in a foodblog, I can not evade this question!
We stayed in the guest-house of a Vaishnava temple: my preferred accommodation. Typically, the temples have a good level of safety, do not cheat, have a very clean kitchen and toilet facilities as the food on the altar to their gods, and despite often can be a spartan accommodation, hospitality and kindness fill that gap. This time we
had a nice double room with bed and mattress and a bathroom "Western" in the room. If you put even three meals a day and consider that we paid 350 (€ 5.60) rupees per night for two, it seems a good price. For those not part of their association are 450 or 500 rupees (7.25 / 8,00 €) per night for a room without AC.
Menu: Breakfast
: Kichri, rice, dal and vegetables all cooked together, and to accompany him there was always something like fried papadam (the wafer), or pure eggplant pakora (fried bread).
Lunch: rice, dal, 2-3 types of vegetables, pure, and if you come on Sunday for the party also found the dessert.
Ricetta: PAKORA DI MELANZANE
ovvero melanzane fritte in pastella all’indiana
Cut the eggplant lengthwise and then sliced, so you have half-moons. I prefer the 3 mm thick but some cuts in the 5-8mm. See you ... If you cut the end it is more and more good.
Heat oil or ghee for frying (I always use sunflower oil: delicate, light and not too greasy). When it is hot dip the eggplant into the batter and then fry them.
Drain on paper towels, or if you really want to make Indian-drain in a colander.
Serve with tomato chutney or coriander, or with anything you like.

How To Find A Stolen Snowboard
Rhyme passing
This is a nursery rhyme for some anime witches
flying anywhere in the morning or evening.
allegrelle are damsels, gentle and beautiful
that St. fighting with the rebel lye.
They refer and citrate.
Sprinkle vinegar and baking soda.
But in the end some of the detergent have bought.
With or without the ball into the laundry?
worry, there is no dispute but castrated.
They may therefore feel
the ballad that I'm preparing to say.
While passers-by-case, alas, only hear.
but will have nothing to say!
words are small coils made
to follow and follow and follow.
And woe to those who stole my poetry
that the network will be swept away!

What Painkiller To Take Before Waxing
The Oil Garden Fitoalimurgico
I made risotto with carletti.
Silene vulgaris.
The rice I bought it.
oil I bought it.
My beloved spices I bought them.
Pure salt I bought.
carletti I gave them to me :-) Spring
Because it is wild edible herb.
I found a wonderful job of Veneto Agriculture in collaboration with the University of Padova, Department of Environmental Agronomy and Crop Production - and CNR - Institute of Agro-environmental and Forest Biology.
This is a free downloadable publication (in 2 parts) or prompts you for sending conventional post.
spoken of weeds that we can easily find this season.
It explains the creation of gardens fitoalimurgici . You can see
those made by the Project, and you can follow the instructions to create one at home.
http://www.venetoagricoltura.org/basic.php?ID=2025
The weeds are a resource: economic, nutritional, cultural, biological (in terms of biodiversity).
Sone beautiful, they are good, are scented.
Some are bitter and used to purify the liver in this season.
fitoalimurgia What does it mean? This too is beautiful.
And very timely theme.
(read the pantry that is beautiful, even in the illustration).
Bell'argomento for my post of finance and home savings
happy :-) I wanted to make one .... spring.
The rules for the collection, until you make your own garden:
1) go with an expert if you've never done (you can not eat whatever I found)
2) to collect the herbs into uncontaminated areas and far from roads and pollution discharges
3) cut the grass and edged clear at the base but leaving the roots, so it can continue to grow
Good appetitoooooooo.
My next dish "spontaneous" is an omelette with carletti :-)

Preston And Steve Man Orgasming
relaxing after-bath / shower
Here a very nice recipe for those seeking a relaxing oil for use after the shower.
Given its effect-usual relaxation is ideal if you take a shower or bath in the evening.
spreads well on wet skin and massage for a soothing and moisturizing effect.
You can use the morning? I do not know.
Personally I find a perfume that evening preparing for sleep.
The base is the oil of rice, good for the skin, which dilute the essential oils.
It means a preparation in small doses so that those who want to test it for the first time you do not find yourself with a bottle of scented oil
In piccoli deliziosi flaconi (riciclati)..... magari decorati.... magari colorati.
A Murano? Oppure nel mio sito francese preferred to sell the plastic and glass weight in gold? ....... And good heheheheehee).
Recipe oil relax
oil rice 40/50 ml
o and 15 drops Red Mandarin (Citrus reticulata Blanco)
o 4 drops of Green Myrtle (Myrtus cineoliferum communis L.)
o 3 drops of Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens)
This synergy of oe been put into effect pleasantly relaxing.
Even considering just how oil scent is very pleasant because it is sweet but not too much.
Let's look at some important suggestions and to keep in mind that some variations may be made to use a little different.
---> this oil is not suitable for sun exposure because it is photosensitizer, as all preparations containing oils of citrus. Indeed, to avoid forgetting (or unaware that someone in the house uses for spalmarselo the sea or aftershave on the day of the trip on the Lake Parish) will only prepare to go into spring and summer in other preparations more suitable.
---> the recipe given to me is suitable for adults .
Not suitable during pregnancy and lactation, mainly due to the presence of Myrtle.
you can prepare a version for children, then I will indicate, but you must always keep in mind that because of Myrtle Green is recommended only for children over 6 years.
The other two oe instead as usual are suitable for children over 3 years. For pregnant women, as usual, ask your doctor.
Usually in the first three months of pregnancy does not use essential oils as a precaution, some of them not recommended throughout pregnancy and lactation.
I write this warning because I have yet to make the post where I explain the uses (and abuses) of essential oils. The essential oils are good if used well.
perfumes are not simple, however. Unless they are used in minimal doses (as an exception to this oil and a few others, I tend to just use an "infinitesimal" for the most part and is thus in my case mostly "smell" of home-creams).
And with a clear division of oil "more benign" than "less harmless."
In France this is normal and well known. In Italy "essential oil" means unfortunately still essentially perfumes and therefore insist on a little care, in favor of the reader and not being informed / o.
Because, alas, is always easy to find un'erborista that says "ok in a quiet, all right, it is natural!" .
---> variant children (over 3 years) as olietto relaxed: only use Mandarin,
8-10 drops of Mandarin in 50 ml of oil.
not spread too much and make sure first that your child likes. It is usually very welcome.
For children with more of 6 years can use the original recipe by reducing the dosage of at least one third of oe - or dilute a teaspoon of the oil-abundant relaxation in rice oil.
---> simplified variant for adults, if you do not have all the available oils: 20 drops of Mandarin in 50 ml of oil. This preparation uses only a simplified but oe is the prince of the oil composition. We will miss some magical synergy aromas that intertwine but it will be pleasant: an explosion of sweet tangerines!
---> variant massage oil: you can replace the base. Al rice instead of oil use the oil of apricot pits, a classical base (natural) for massage and many other good qualities for the skin. the aroma will change a bit: the rice oil is fairly neutral with respect to the kernels of apricot, more strongly aromatic.
----> who wants can add the oil natural tocopherol (vitamin E) as anti-rancidity, but I have indicated in the recipe for 3 reasons
- as I said, these are preparations used in the short term and in 2-3 months, the rice oil is not going to hurt some
- only the expert use of vitamin E and have it at home (even as active skin)
-L 'Scotti rice oil, which is a brand of fans and I often use, already add up the' alpha-tocopherol and therefore the vitamin is already there. However, if other oils of rice do not have no problem as I have said.
One last little note on essential oils since I still have not addressed the subject in an organic way.
If you're experienced, you know where to buy and how to recognize the best. As well as pay.
If you are experienced, know that you expect only pure and natural oils to 100%, which is not easy to find that the herbal shop is not a guarantee, that in Italy there is very little culture or and even among the herbalists, that is easy to buy a 'synthetic essence passes for oe, it is better to rely on organic certification, which are never found on the stalls. That good brands can be counted on the fingers of one hand. They do very well if used well. That should always be diluted and I always say to their use. What if swallowed
pure (by a child for example) have the worst effects hydrochloric acid. So now you know where you keep them at home ..... sometimes you have at home without know what you are .... for me it's been that way for some years, but fortunately I did not misuse (such as pure spalmarseli on the skin).
Soon I'll make a handbook on how to choose e riconoscere gli olii essenziali, nonchè le precauzioni d'uso.

What Does Pers Mean For Sororities
Laboratories cosmetics ecobiological do-it-yourself recipes
Uno degli obiettivi del mio blog è precisely to be an organic work that offers practical solutions to the reader but also a correct and valid information to support scientifically.
In this sense I am inspired by some colleagues blogueuses , France.
do both is challenging. In the blog I want to bring forward these two projects are intertwined: scientifically accurate information and practical solutions to everyday.
Each post in this sense is a bit of a "distillate".
also is challenging to distinguish.
mean: distinguish from the real mode ecobiological healthy behaviors / ecobiological.
To put it bluntly: Why should I do if self- then makes a product very similar chemically to something that I find on the market, avoiding only a few ingredients in synthetic too? and closing an eye on ingredients "average synthetic "..... maybe just because the color of my cream is not enough chic.
Even this I think is misunderstood ecology.
Well, if the cosmetic do-it-yourself is a hobby like any other, then do not argue and we can build a chemistry lab at home like a business cosmetics.
But if part of a proposed eco-friendly life / healthy we must consider what you're doing.
In my philosophy of cosmetic EcoBio, the do-it-yourself production must be radically different from the cosmetic ecobiological I can buy in the store.
Otherwise for the sake of the environment is better buy in the store, a place where many raw materials have made the journey to serve more people and not just me that I produce in my home.
the sake of the environment then strangely in the case of cosmetic skin coincides well with the substances in at least put on the skin and is less risk of allergies / reaction / sensitization.
Unfortunately, as the industry and the topics are still "young", even internationally, it is easier to find places (real and virtual) in which the compromise with chemistry traditional and old patterns of thought is preferred to search for new solutions.
The movement towards whom and with which I travel is inevitable, however, a movement, worldwide, for which the intimate intertwining you go these days increasingly pointing between economy and ecology. And the economy, including the economy .... Home (formerly known as ) that in the time we meet will become a strategic, more and more, in quality and quantity that perhaps never would have imagined. They are not an integral
"environmentalist old way", than they have ever been, not begin now :-) But
innovative and tend to look far into the unexplored yes.
Quell'inesplorato that bring us back down to earth. Or rather, on the ground.
So do not say we only use olive oil to zero kilometers, but maybe I say that the shea butter (which already comes from Africa and makes several trips and transformations), cocoa butter and a limited number of ingredients that each one-point-there will be enough to make our home adaptations. Fantastic but not stupidly sophisticated and effective.
And for the rest of the products we need, we can relax and choose the best cosmetic shops our eco-organic fruit research and technology, which of course we will identify, evaluate, expect. This
I find less useful and often very feasible, or unpleasant, sometimes unnecessarily cumbersome, and sometimes unrealistic cosmetic, most of the recipes.
In some cases, however, some recipes have given me some inspiration.
You know, no accounting for taste, and each has its own in terms of cosmetics.
Nevertheless, the following work to be done very well in the written statement and certainly relevant to people. The laboratory
Stilinfo of Venice, click to download the free pantry, very concise and simple:
http://www.ambiente.venezia.it/ambientario/upload/labostilinfo_detersivi310505_1autoproduzione.pdf
the door to the Venetian project for those who want more information on other projects in ecology and the environment:
http://www.ambiente.venezia.it/nuovo/pagina.asp?id_pagina=77
Here below instead found a real book downloads.
This is the work of Francesca Marotta which addresses the theme of natural beauty from the point of view of nutrition, providing both cosmetic recipes in the kitchen.
Again though, while I find myself in 90% of the theoretical positions, I find myself in more than 10% of the practical realization.
Nella mia cosmetica casalinga, per adulti: olii essenziali in bassissima dose per mera profumazione, altrimenti si rischia di indurre effect in aromatherapy and even those who do not want to know him. If the doses are higher than mere mild and "smell" we must then explain the psycho-physical effect that is expected of those oils. In the case of lip balm is cited tangerine, cinnamon, mint, in good quantity .... but they do not explain the differences ....)
I find rather good in the book of Marotta's advice detergents with flour of cereals and legumes. Excellent!
But then again, we recommend turmeric and walnut for exposure to the sun, that is just in a sun-tan lotion ... .... I say that one is spotted! E-
shampoo for lentil soup wash your hair, among other things also included in the Venetian workshop Stilinfo?
No no, the soup on your head do not want it :-)
So why put the link ...? Why I find fantastic
, valid and correct information as well as everything that Francesca Marotta writes first section of his recipes.
's really a job well done, with excellent insights and scientific standard. If I were to read, I make so many compliments!
And for the rest, patience: each will do to his home recipes that prefers :-)

A heartfelt thanks to the people who share their research work for free.
Another very useful work, which makes us think about how much chemistry "useless" around us, only recently assessed its effects on human health, the Greenpeace report on substances in the perfumes and the certainty that the same may be produced molecules with more secure.
In this case it appears as there is not the "evil" by some and the "goodness" of others, but rather a pervasive misinformation, lack of studies, etc..

uhmmmm ... .... this blog start to run out of beauty recipes.
Next post: recipes!

In this case it appears as there is not the "evil" by some and the "goodness" of others, but rather a pervasive misinformation, lack of studies, etc..

to wash the floors in ecology and conservation
So, wash the floors in eco-style! Ready?
It 'just a beginning, liked by many people, including non-passionate eco-bio.
Why? Because the savings are guaranteed and the result is beautiful floors.
is also evidence that healthy behaviors begin to apply to the person and the environment can be immediately and cheerfully.
First rule: just replace the cold water with the hot or just warm significantly improves the outcome of Our cleaning. And if you wish to use a mild classic it could put a much lower dose in the bucket.
savings = = = healthy ecology
Second rule: if you want now getting to the heart of the style 100% non-polluting, washed the floors with hot water and microfiber cloth.
Those microfiber cloths are special and collect off the dirt without detergent rather, it is not recommended for use in combination with these clothes because they are damaged.
If you usually wash with water alone will suffice to do a wash every now and then "classic" with detergent (recipe below) and sometimes, in special circumstances or particular professions, to be cleaned with disinfecting.
Remember that you can disinfect at various levels.
And that only special situations requiring disinfection products in great demand.
In general, nowadays it is easier to find a child (and adult) who develops an allergy to a disinfectant cleaner or a child who has contracted an infection from a dirty floor.
So, think well of what we need in our house: if we have to sanitize, disinfect, but if it is not reasonably without cause unnecessary pollution.
Disinfection classical fact is rather for us and polluting the environment. The site
detergents bioallegri http://biodetersivi.altervista.org/homepage.htm you will find suggestions for a concept of disinfection-a bit 'milder and more natural-which is to create an environment favorable to bacteria, or the use of hydrogen peroxide used in the right way to disinfect well.
But now we see the recipes for floors.
of them as "formulas" for those who use ordinary cotton cloths, the "sack", or similar.
Recipe for floor tile / ceramic and wood painted
*
bucket of hot water * 4 tablespoons of vinegar (I use the apple and absent chemical additives)
* 2 tablespoons of denatured alcohol, the pink one, make sure to buy pure alcohol and detergents for pink - it is a mistake because they are frequently exposed in the nearby shelves.
Instead of 'denatured alcohol alcohol use can "taste" that is the white one for food. It costs more but it smells a lot less.
* a few drops of dishwashing detergent (I use the green) - the amount should be minimal, 3-4 drops, if you want a no-rinse cleaning, otherwise it can put more and then proceed to rinse.
The basic recipe would consist simply of water and vinegar.
Al posto dell’ denatured alcohol alcohol use can "taste" that is the white one for food. It costs more but it smells a lot less.
* a few drops of dishwashing detergent (I use the green) the amount should be minimal, 3-4 drops, if you want a no-rinse cleaning, otherwise it can put more and then proceed to rinse.
In this recipe, because you do not use vinegar on marble surfaces should not be used acidic. I also recommend the warm water to alcohol does not evaporate too quickly from the floor and make better use of the polishing power.
Recipe for hardwood floors is not painted or oiled
Without doubt, use only water and cloth wrung out a lot. Here would be microfibre
a must as clean better than a regular cotton cloth or other fibers. If the floor is very dirty you can use few drops of dishwashing liquid diluted in water.
Note polishing wood and marble
if you need to do a polish with wax and the like, look for products in specialized shops strictly ecological certificates. These are products that will remain long on the floor and then the air you breathe. Personally I have never felt the need to polish :-)
... .. eeh? ... ....
Oh yeah, I forgot the smell.
So then. Essential oils and their use will talk about later in detail.
I do not like them on the floor but you can do, paying attention well before diluting in alcohol in order to avoid irritation to the hands to the direct contact (they are not soluble in water).
... ... because you want to smell the floors?
I think it is better to perfume rooms: orange and lemon peel on hot radiators, cinnamon sticks and cloves in the winter. For the summer and for all seasons: beans coffee mixed with vanilla beans, cut into pieces. A basket of peaches in the summer. An aromatic plants! Recently, one sees even in supermarkets, small jars, often organically grown. In summer you can also try the mint that grows wild and fragrant bunches of it, put it in a pot with water, just like you do with flowers.
If you can use essential oils with aromatherapy you can tailor the functions of your personal aromatic spray environments.
If you want to rely on trust in already packaged products guaranteed pure and natural. The addition of synthetic molecules unfortunately is a common practice even for perfume sold in herbal and organic shops. Especially for those environments. So find a scent 100% natural today, is a difficult undertaking. Look good and pay high prices only with a high quality. Otherwise, spray a bit 'of your eau de toilette or aftershave should be the same thing. .... aromatic molecules that speech (if you're not already completely past the eco-bio).
Remember Fragrance / Parfum is generic term that means in 99% of synthetic molecules. While Fragrance / Parfum from natural essential oils is the term for natural fragrances. Which may also justify a high price.
often you are the same product in both natural and synthetic fragrances ... ..

Spring cleaning? BioAllegre!
E 'privilege of the elite really use ecological detergents and organic?
The answer is NO.
You can re-think a different way of cleaning, keeping in mind economy, health and environment in one fell swoop?
The answer is YES.
all of this and above all practical solutions and immediate!, To make it speak in the Handbook of detergents BioAllegri.
This is a free downloadable full manual from the Internet and the Project of the New World Group. (Link below)
A project that brought the user to turn into a book and also for those wishing to buy or give. The proceeds go to charity projects and contribute to social utility. So the book was done with a view to service and volunteering.
But I come to the point.
BioAllegre I know, mostly women, at a forum on the internet and now is clear to me the way they differ from other experiences: the desire to be practical and willing to offer their experience to others because they are aware that it is not easy these days to extricate a thousand contradictory information, winking, often theoretical, more often hoaxes.
The jump is short for me, because I come from "passions healthy."
At the same time is a quantum leap .... because all of a sudden I realize that I had never considered the cleaners!
happens in short, that I question everything for a decade: food, clothing, lifestyle, medicine, creams and cremette, perfumes, paints the window frames, packaging, and purchase. ... ....
course, I am a free range of those beings who have never used fabric softener. ... I hate the smell of bleach and ammonia, and then not use them ... ... if I'm some poor mortal a pipe flow of chemical ... ... Princess because they are sensitive, and all that bothers me, even makes me feel bad to tell the truth. ... ... I pick up the clothes smelling suspiciously to me over the laundry ... .... eliminate "instinct" from my purchase certain products for polishing the furniture ... .. too much bother, too much perfume ... ..
PERO ' !! But still I do not think the cleaners! But I'll be dumb
??!!??? Ah yes.
Maybe I scratch and I sgratto protest because the skin though .... I do not think even detergents.
years from the shops I go to BIOS and see beyond their shelves in the cleaning products but a nose like that ... .... I think the difference will be ...... is being made in Marseille ..... is perhaps the natural perfumes and less intense ... .... And on this observation is not 'I was wrong to many (in fact, then find out that in many cases the only thing BIO is written on the box ... in the sense that it is written or BIO and ECO is the only BIO what you have if you can not recognize the compositions of detergents and thus distinguish a real from a fake environmental-ecological)
But who knows, until I read the thoughts of the girls BioAllegre I had never thought to look into.
And then that price !!!!!! No, no, I can afford. Already have something to eat bio spend fortunes. Well spent, I must say :-)
(again: I recommend caution, there is much to prune even feeding organic)
.... But I met the girls bioallegre, I contacted, I was catapulted to study, I started doing test-tube, and questions ... ...
Adesso faccio prima, più veloce, perché SO COME FARE.
Adesso so che cosa prendo in mano e come usarlo.
Beh, ho risparmiato già parecchio, no ?
Io no!!

Senza stress.
For me cleaning are anti-stress. If my blog focuses more on cosmetics, various recipes for homemade cleaning and cleansing are also of beauty care, because they are anti-stress, because they become almost a hobby, because we play a little 'to the small chemical ( with scientific knowledge does not hurt us) ... ... and because we do not ruin your skin!
Most recipes for cleaners who write in this blog are the recipes of Bioallegri detergents, that are the solutions of the New World.
If I am a little 'different from their own recipes, those are always inspired. The starting point I have offered them, and then motherhood for me has always recognized the BioAllegria.
