Flipping through the pages of newspapers virtually online, disgusted by the story of the homeless in Rimini, and after reading titles on bombs, wars and murders, last but not least, the Italian parliament passed a bipartisan law that prohibits state money to give to those who use any animal (wild or not) for circus shows.
